Zambia, Malawi

......Arriving at Mfuwe Airport I was picked up by a driver and brought to the Lodge, where there was a very warm welcome by the Manager. Safaris to the park were well organized. Transfer to Malawi was a bit difficult, border post Chipata/Mchinji!!! Due to the help of the driver I was able to enter after paying a bribe.

Transfer to the Lodge by the Lake at Senga Bay, very nice place with friendly people, treating me like a VIP (I was only guest). Then to Monkey Bay from where I took a ship (quite an experience) to Likoma. Spent few nights on Island then another ship ride back to Chipoka where Ben awaited me. One more night in Senga Bay and transfer to Lilongwe Airport the next day.

Everything very well organized and as a woman travelling alone absolute no problem with the guidance of the local agent, thank you very much indeed..........
